Changed your mind? No problem. You have 24 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation or make changes. After that, your order enters processing and we may not be able to modify it. If your cancellation is approved within the 24-hour window, your refund will be issued within 7 business days.

🛠️ Damaged Items
We carefully package every order, but if your device arrives physically damaged or defective, let us know within 72 hours of delivery. Send a photo and description of the issue to Support@eonsurvival.com, and we’ll determine whether you’re eligible for a free replacement.
Please note:
• Damage to packaging alone (e.g. dented box) does not qualify if the product itself is intact
• We do not cover damage due to misuse, normal wear, or accidental breakage
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
While we work with reliable carriers, sometimes shipping delays happen—due to weather, customs, or carrier issues. EonSurvival is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our hands.
If something goes wrong during delivery, we recommend reaching out to the shipping provider first. Of course, we’re always here to help where we can.
📦 Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 24 hours. After that window, we can’t guarantee address changes, refunds, or reshipments if the package goes to the wrong location.
