At EonSurvival, we’re all about delivering peace of mind—literally. That’s why we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders, straight to your door, no matter where your bug-free adventure begins.


🚚 Order Processing Times

Every order is packed with care. Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and hand off your order to our shipping partner. Once it’s with the carrier, it’s officially on the trail to your home!

During peak seasons, holidays, or limited-time promos, processing may take up to 7 business days, but we’ll always do our best to move quickly.


🌍 Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order leaves our hands, transit times depend on your location. Here's what to expect:

🇺🇸 United States: 5–12 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 7–14 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 7–14 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
🌐 Other International: 10–20 business days

Note: Customs delays or holiday congestion may extend these timeframes. If your package is headed out globally, a little patience might be required as it clears customs checkpoints.


✏️ Order Changes & Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order! If you need to make a change, email us at Support@eonsurvival.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we can’t guarantee changes since your order may already be in motion.

If our system flags an address issue, we’ll reach out via email within 3 business days. If we don’t hear back, we reserve the right to cancel the order for accuracy and security.


⏳ Delivery Delays

While we wish we could control every truck, plane, or delivery route, some things are out of our hands. Severe weather, courier hiccups, or supply chain slowdowns can occasionally delay your order. We’ll always do our best to keep you in the loop and get your gear to you as quickly as possible.


📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order leaves our facility, it’s in the hands of our delivery partners. If your package appears lost or stolen, here’s what to do:

  1. Check your tracking info for updates or delivery confirmation.

  2. Contact the courier directly to file a claim.

  3. Reach out to us at Support@eonsurvival.com—we’ll do everything we can to help.

While we’re not liable for packages lost or stolen during transit, we may offer a replacement, depending on the situation. In some cases, the courier may recover the package. If not, you may consider filing a police report to document the incident.
